Job Description
POSITION: Field Marketing Campaign Manager (IC3~IC4)
DEPARTMENT: Marketing

KEY OBJECTIVE
• Manage Oracle Application (ERP, CX, HCM) Marketing On/Offline Campaigns
• Demand generation and Increasing sales pipeline

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Korea Application (ERP Cloud, CX Cloud, HCM Cloud & On premise) Marketing Campaigns
- Planning, Execution, Reporting (Seminar, Workshop, DM/eDM, Webcast, ABM, Content creation & localization, Social media, 3rd party engagement, User Group, etc.)
- Demand generation and increasing Application sales pipeline
- Increasing Application awareness
- Manage Application marketing budget and ROI

• Manage Internal Stakeholders (Sales and all LOBs)
• Lead Oracle application marketing campaigns’ pipeline generation process
• Monitor marketing campaigns results and provide analytic report to make better marketing campaigns
• Working closely with APAC Application Marketing & local LOB peers (Sales, Sales Consulting, DDG, PR, GCP, A&C, Consulting, etc.)
Job Requirements
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE and Skill

• +10year IT Industry experience (+5years marketing or similar roles)
• Experienced in B2B Marketing Campaign and Lead Flow
• Digital marketing experience
• C-level program experience
• ABM program experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Korea & English.
• Global IT company experience is preferred
