Retail Operations Associate-General office work / Sales Executive (Under Armour Korea,Gangnam, Seoul )
Job Title: Retail Operations Associate (사원 Entry Level) Level: Associate (Fixed term: 6 months) *추후 정규직 전환 여부 검토 Department: Retail Reports To: Sr. Manager(Expat 외국인 매니저)
SUMMARY: The Retail Store Operations Associate will support the entire fleet of stores in Korea and our Wholesale support program by way of driving efficiency and consistency to provide an optimal Brand experience across both channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Create Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of Retail Operations with the ability to apply them to a global platform. • Influence retail/wholesale partners to align on operational efficiency and optimization. • Develop and deliver concise and actionable communication to project teams (field and office) o Liaison between the field project and Tide Point office providing open communication on a daily basis. o Provide updates and action plan to Regional Director and District Manager throughout project timeline. • Effectively meet goals and milestones while simultaneously managing multiple projects. • Align operational standards in Brand House, Factory House, and Wholesale models. • Manage priorities of execution when time is of the essence, be able to adjust and refocus within project timeline. o Hold weekly calls with store teams as necessary to provide updates to the project. • Support New Store Openings, Communications, Business Analytics, and Athlete &Teammate experience teams as needed. • Coordinate deliveries of product, supplies, and installations to ensure timely execution. • Manage budgets and financial planning for operations team. • Manage operations systems as needed • Manage relationships with current vendors, and initiate contracts with new companies as needed. • Ability to step in and work cross-functionally with all ongoing operations projects • Support Training Store Manager Program

Be an aspirational leader that represents UA Retail and the field teams. • Independent; self-starter; self-sufficient. • Strong communication skill both in Korean and English*** • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships and have excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate down, across and up within the organization. • Strong analytical & organizational skills. • Must be highly skilled with MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, etc.) • Ability to travel as needed. • Able to overcome adversity and deal with ambiguity. • Visual acuity with knowledge of UA presentation guidelines with the ability to train and adapt to different situations all while explaining reasons behind merchandising. • Ability to listen and communicate with internal teams and outside vendors, consultants and contractors. • Flexibility to shift focus and priorities.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree is required. • Retail store experience preferred.
