Duties and Responsibilities
Resolve customers' issues / inquiries in professional & timely manner and multitask through multiple computer systems while talking on the phone. - Orders & Quote - Delivery & Availability - Return & Cancellation, etc. Maintain strong customer relationships by performing professional manners of phone and e-mail answering Effectively manage additional team's projects
Requirements & Preferences
Bachelor degree (Prefer Chemistry or Life Science related major) +5 years relavant career experiences English communication skill Customer-oriented
