Through our people, leadership development, services, technology and scale, GE delivers better outcomes for global customers by speaking the language of industry.Role Summary:The Lifecycle Growth Leader, CCS Services is responsible for creating and leading growth programs for the Services business in line with the asset lifecycle strategy.Essential Responsibilities:This strategic leadership role will work collaboratively with the Korea Services Commercial and Operations teams to develop a cross-functional and cross-business growth strategy aimed to identify incremental service revenue streams over the lifecycle of the assets. This role will also involve liaising closely with the Product, Marketing and Regional Sales organizations to segment the market and activate the lifecycle offerings in a phased manner. The lifecycle growth leader will also work on strategic projects that build infrastructure to deliver service – be it internal using existing infrastructure, leveraging global/regional best practices and tools or partnering with specialist vendors as required to deliver the commercial offerings. Considering the GTM for CCS in Korea, this role will drive growth strategy and strengthen the partnership with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities/essential functions include:
Be a strategic business partner to the Korea Services Leadership team and help build, communicate and drive the Services 2.0 digital strategy as applicable.
Work with Services commercial teams as well as APAC, Region and Product Sales team to build lifecycle commercial offerings and activate them in the market
Work with Services Operations team and/or distributors to build infrastructure that will help deliver world class service in accordance with the aforementioned service offerings.
Partner with strategic specialist vendors and technology partners as necessary to build the lifecycle service delivery infrastructure.
Manage key resources as necessary that will assist with the execution of the strategy.
Drive business and service delivery model evolution to improve service levels for the customers as well as maximize productivity for the business.
Leverage global best practices, tools and new business models to accelerate commercial activation.
